The spectraflame green Billboard Truck HWC.com model car with Full Color Hot Wheels Ad. "Gilford Advertising" was limited to 2,500 with an individually numbered HW sticker on the back of the card. Hot Wheels Mattel number K3372.
The Billboard Truck is a modified version of the Tow Truck; the Tow Truck name still appears on the base. There is a switch on the back to turn on and off the LED-illuminated billboard sign.
