This marked the fifth edition of Singapore's premier diecast convention, with the 2020 show having been canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Phil Riehlman attended as a guest of honor. Organized by Korei, a local team of Hot Wheels customizers, the Expo has consistently been run by them, though this was the first edition to feature a Code 1 convention car.
